Refund Policy for Pollos

1. Subscription Plans
Pollos offers subscription-based services through the following plans:
- Base Plan: Free
- Standard Plan: Paid (Monthly or Annually)
- Pro Plan: Paid (Monthly or Annually)
All payments for the Standard and Pro plans are processed through Paddle Billing, our third-party payment provider.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with our service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with Pollos, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase of the Standard or Pro plan.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers of a paid plan and covers the initial payment. After 30 days, our standard refund policy applies. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply if you have gathered more than 100 form entries.
3. Refund Eligibility
In addition to the 30-day money-back guarantee, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service Disruption: If you experience significant and ongoing service disruptions due to issues caused by Pollos, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Incorrect Charge: If you were accidentally charged for the wrong plan or incorrectly billed.
2. Refund Eligibility
We aim to provide a high-quality service, but we understand that circumstances may require refunds. The following rules apply:
- Free Plan: No charges, hence no refunds.
- Paid Plans: Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If you have experienced significant and ongoing service disruptions due to issues caused by Pollos.
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan or were charged incorrectly.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@poll-os.com with the following details:
- Your account email address.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., proof of service disruption).
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction. We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund through Paddle Billing.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Failure to use the service or dissatisfaction with features that are explicitly listed as part of your plan.
- Changes to your business needs or financial situation.
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a paid subscription period.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the Pollos platform.
