Pollos offers a platform for creating and managing polls and surveys. We provide three subscription plans:

  • Base Plan (Free)
  • Standard Plan (Monthly/Annually)
  • Pro Plan (Monthly/Annually)

The service is subscription-based and may be subject to certain limitations depending on your plan.

3. User Obligations

When using Pollos, you agree to:

  • Not use the service for spamming, or distributing hateful or harmful content.
  • Handle all data entries, including survey responses and poll results, with caution and in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Pollos collects the following data:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Survey and poll form entries.

We use third-party service like Paddle Billing to process payments, which will collect your billing information. By using Pollos, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees for the Standard and Pro plans will be charged on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely through Paddle Billing.

Failure to make a payment may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

6. Service Availability and Warranty

Pollos is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to ensure high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and disclaim all warranties, including those related to potential service outages or bugs.

7. Termination and Suspension

Pollos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms, including posting spam or hateful content.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Pollos, along with its software, content, and tools, is the intellectual property of Soda Studios AG. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Pollos without explicit permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes related to Pollos are governed by the laws of Zurich, Switzerland. Soda Studios AG is the legal entity responsible for any matters arising from the service.

Pollos may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
